Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, transfers, and fee adjustments are handled for DEX Academy’s online coaching programs for NID, NIFT, and NATA aspirants.
How refunds are handled
Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any course, crash program, workshop, mentorship plan, or demo-linked paid offering from DEX Academy. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept the refund conditions below.
Eligibility
Before classes begin
Refund requests may be considered only if submitted before the official batch start date and before access is granted to live sessions, recordings, study material, tests, or mentorship resources. Any approved refund may be subject to deduction of payment gateway charges, administrative costs, taxes, and any non-refundable registration amount.
Non-refundable
After access is granted
Once a student has attended classes, received login credentials, accessed recordings, downloaded materials, joined tests, or used portfolio guidance, the fee is generally non-refundable. This applies because academic resources, faculty time, and digital access are allocated immediately after activation.
Special cases
Transfers and exceptions
In limited cases, DEX Academy may allow a batch transfer, fee credit, or alternative adjustment instead of a cash refund. Such decisions are made at the academy’s sole discretion and depend on seat availability, timing, and the student’s specific circumstances. EMI plans, third-party financing, and promotional offers may carry separate non-refundable terms.
Request process
To request a refund review, students or parents should contact DEX Academy through the official admissions or support channel with the student’s full name, registered phone number, course name, payment date, transaction reference, and reason for the request. Approved refunds, if any, are usually processed to the original payment source within a reasonable business period. DEX Academy reserves the right to reject incomplete, delayed, or ineligible requests.
